About Him
Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V (atba) is the current Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
A great-grandson of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as). He was born on 15 September 1950 in Rabwah. He was elected as the fifth successor of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) on 22 April 2003. He resides in Islamabad, UK. Since being elected Khalifa, He has led a worldwide campaign to convey the peaceful message of Islam, through all forms of print and digital media. Under his leadership, national branches of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community have launched campaigns that reflect the true & peaceful teachings of Islam. The world over are engaged in grassroots efforts to distribute millions of ‘Peace’ leaflets to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, host interfaith & peace symposia, & present exhibitions of the Holy Qur’an to present its true & noble message.
